Hello Sahabat Jajan!! My dessert lover friends!! Introducing AnakJajan x Shirokuma Collaboration menu Rabbit Parfait.
Do you still remember our last review about this Japanese Dessert Cafe Shirokuma?? Well AnakJajan are excited and happy to show you our collaboration with Shirokuma, that is Rabbit Parfait.
Why rabbit?? Yes of course because our logo is Hungry Rabbit to portray me and Mr. Jajan as a rabbit that keeps hungry and ‘jajan’-ing everywhere and also it will look cute / kawaii and ‘instagenic’ too don’t you think so?
On top of the Rabbit Parfait you will see a pair of rabbit ear, choco ball as eyes, chocochip as nose with strawberry as the blush on :) You can request the soft cream Original (Milk) or Matcha (Green Tea), our favorite would be the one with Matcha softcream.
Each portion of Rabbit Parfait cost IDR 39k consist of most of our favorite ingredients, soft cream layered with peanut cookie crumble, black sesame cream, fresh banana slice, mochi, cornflakes and of course caramel sauce resulting a rich creamy and crunchy texture.
By the way, the Rabbit Parfait is a limited edition dessert and it only available from 10 – 31 October 2014 only and limited to 50 portions per day, so hurry up while it is still available.
Psssssttt!! They are planning to open their second outlet at South Jakarta area, stay tuned guys!
